Stewardship is our way of joining together in the common work of our parish community

All that we have is a blessing from God. From what we have received we are called to give so that we might learn generosity and so that the needs of the community might be met. From the earliest days of Christianity, recorded in the Acts of the Apostles, it is noted: “For there was no needy person among them, for those who owned property or houses would sell them, bring the proceeds of the sale, and put them at the feet of the apostles and they were distributed to each according to their need.” Acts 4:34-35.

Stewardship is our way of joining together in the common work of our parish community. See all the ways to financially support Good Shepherd Parish and our outreach below.

Stewardship Report

Our parish community has begun a new fiscal year as of July 1, 2023. The beginning of this new fiscal year is also an opportunity for each of us to renew our stewardship commitment. Parishioners have an opportunity to give through the envelope system and through WeShare, an electronic giving program. Take a moment this week to give thanks for the great and good works God is able to do through all of us. Take a moment as well to pray about your particular generosity. The primary support of all parish life is the Offertory. It is meant to be a shared responsibility, each giving sacrificially and according to their means. May God continue to prosper the work of our hand.
